Glen Adams
Mr. Adams has been owner and CEO of YFSI since it's founding in 1993. He is also the Secretary and principal owner of TECA, Inc., and Secretary and principal owner of Yellowwood, Inc. Prior to becoming associated with Fantastic Sams, Mr. Adams held various positions as an engineer and an engineering manager with the General Electric Company from 1968 through 1987.

Denise Burns
Ms. Burns was named President of Yellowwood Franchise Services, Inc. in May 2005. Ms. Burns also serves as President of Yellowwood, Inc. and coordinates all of the financial and administrative processes for TECA, Inc. YFSI Inc. and Yellowwood Inc. She has over 19 years of management experience within TECA, Inc.

Helen Lahah
Ms. Lahah was named Vice President of Yellowwood Franchise Services, Inc., October 11, 2004. Ms. Lahah joined Yellowwood Franchise Services, Inc. in April 2000 as Regional Project Manager. She accepted the position of Assistant Vice President Operations in May 2001. Prior to joining Yellowwood Franchise Services, Inc. she held the position of Asst. Vice President, Commercial Loan Operations Loan Processing Manager for 10 years at PNC Bank, N.A. located in Louisville, KY. Ms. Lahah was employed by PNC Bank, N.A. for 26 years and held various positions within the Commercial Lending and Credit Divisions.

Georgia Marcum
Ms. Marcum was named Regional Director of Sales and Operations in June 2005. Ms. Marcum has been employed with TECA, Inc. since November 1984. In April 2001 she became Director of Operations for Yellowwood Franchise Services, Inc. She has 21 years of experience in managing salons and assisting salon owners and their managers with the productivity development of their salons.

Pam Merritt
Pam has been Warehouse Manager for Yellowwood Beauty Supply since 1996. Prior to that time, she performed various duties for Teca, Inc. and Yellowwood Beauty Supply since 1991.

Benjamin B Swift
Mr. Swift accepted the position of Franchise Sales Representative with Yellowwood Franchise Services, Inc in December 2006. Benjamin Swift has been the owner of Swift Development Group since its inception in January 2003 to present. Swift Development Group has its principal place of business at 3565 Fairway Forest Drive, Palm Harbor, FL 34685. From December 2002 to January 2004 Benjamin was franchise director for Sunshine Pack & Ship USA. From December 2000 to June of 2002 he was a partner in the firm of Intelligent Space Solutions LLC. He has also served as franchise director for GTW Space Systems LLC from June 1998 to May 2002.

Leah Whitson
Leah has been customer service/customer accounts manager of Yellowwood Beauty Supply since August 1994. From February 1992 through August 1994, she held various positions at Yellowwood Beauty Supply.

Dianne Clayton

Dianne began working for Fantastic Sams as a salon manager in January 2003. She accepted the position of Regional Educator for YFSI in October 2003. Dianne has been an instructor at various schools since 1983 and owned her own salon from 1987-1990.

Connie Bland

Connie Bland is the Regional Administrative Assistant. She began working for the Region in March 2004 as a temporary employee doing various administrative duties. She joined the Region full time in June 2004. Connie comes to the Region with an administrative background of over 25 years with various companies. Her primary responsibilities are to answer the phone, prepare and distribute the Design Lines, input data into various databases, miscellaneous filing and organizing and to assist office personnel with various projects

Sheryl Ranney

Ms. Ranney has over 30 years of experience as a hair stylist and instructor in beauty schools. For close to 18 of those years, Sheryl has worked for the Region as a technical advisor and managed Fantastic Sams salons. Sheryl is now the Regional Operations Consultant for the Kentucky and Ohio salons.

Marie Emery

Ms. Emery has 30 years experience as a hair stylist, owned her own salon for close to 20 years and was Regional Director for Lazarus and Christian Dior. She joined the Region in June 2006 as a Regional Operations Consultant primarily for the salons in Indiana.

Anita Magarini

Ms. Magarini joined the Region in October 2005 with over 22 years of experience as a salon educator and sales consultant for Wella Color Corporation. She has worked for Rue labratories and is currently a sales consultant for Nioxin. She brings over 30 years of color knowledge and education to the salons within the Pittsburgh, PA area.
